Wilson Whitaker Rynell announces a new rising legal star and scholar – Mrs. Leigh Caudle Whitaker. Mrs. Whitaker has five years of litigation experience both in intellectual property and family law. Her practice is focused primarily on divorce, child custody, property division, trademarks, intellectual property litigation and general business matters. Mrs. Whitaker’s education and wide-ranging experience provide her with a unique ability to counsel and advocate for her clients. She has worked as a law clerk for a civil and family law litigation firm in Houston, and as an associate attorney for a personal injury firm in Dallas. Mrs. Whitaker is known for her attention to detail and her focus on the best interests of her clients.
Mrs. Whitaker was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Stars Honoree for 2021 and 2022. This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state. The Rising Stars selection process takes into account peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other cogent factors.
Mrs. Whitaker lives in Dallas and earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and her law degree at South Texas College of Law. She is licensed in the State of Texas, and in the Federal District Courts of Texas – Northern District, Eastern District, Western District and Southern District.
