Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Wilson worked in the legal department of North Networks Corporation, Enterprise Division, became an associate at Jenkens & Gilchrist P.C., and later advanced to a senior associate role at the prominent intellectual property firm Fish & Richardson P.C. Primarily, Mr. Wilson excels in the intricate field of intellectual property law and was a computer programmer at Dow Chemical before becoming an attorney. His practice is centered on the cultivation, licensing, and defense of intellectual property rights. This includes formidable expertise in intellectual property litigation and astute management of intellectual property portfolios.
