Samantha Gabrielle Delgado is a rising Dallas transactional law clerk and aviation law clerk with a specialized focus on taxation, corporate governance, data privacy, risk management, and sustainability initiatives. As an attorney at Wilson Legal Group P.C. (d/b/a Wilson Whitaker Rynell) in Dallas, Texas, Ms. Delgado delivers practical, forward-thinking legal solutions to businesses navigating complex commercial environments—particularly in high-growth sectors such as aviation, space, real estate, finance, and construction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (May 2023) with a 3.775 GPA while appearing on the President’s and Dean’s Lists and working over 40 hours per week. Samantha also conducted empirical research on incarcerated minorities, inmate health, and prison conditions.

Ms. Delgado brings substantial hands-on experience in transactional drafting, document review, compliance, and risk assessment. As Transactional Legal Counsel Extern at Southwest Airlines, she drafted commercial vendor contracts, aircraft leasing agreements, and closing documents; reviewed NTSB reports and airport operations; and developed internal guidelines on sustainability and data privacy—work that directly supports her thesis, When Profit Meets Planet: Funding the Future of Sustainable Aviation. Additional experience includes serving as Commercial Real Estate Summer Associate at Winstead PC (drafting notices of default, demand letters, and reviewing loan and LLC agreements), Legal Counsel Intern at American First Finance and ABC Fitness Solutions (compliance research, NDAs, global collections, and AI risk presentations), and Project Accountant at Robins & Morton (financial risk mitigation for hospital construction projects).
